1. 회원들의 학술적이고 정책적 활동을 촉진한다.
학회 회원을 활발한 학술적 교류를 통해 교육과 연구와 관련된 학술적이고 정책적 활동을 촉진한다.
2. 한국 지역사회간호학 교육의 질을 향상시킨다.
이론적 배경, 근거중심의 실무, 및 보건의료환경의 변화를 적극적으로 반영하여 지역사회간호학의 질을 향상시킨다.
3. 국내· 외 기관과 협업과 파트너십을 확대한다.
지역사회간호 및 보건간호 전문인력의 역량을 강화하기 위해서 정부조직, NGO 단체, 전문학술단체, 혹은 다양한 이해당사자와 국내수준은 물론이고 국제적 수준의 협업과 파트너십을 확대한다.

2. Improving the quality of community nursing education in Korea.
To improve the quality of community health nursing education by actively reflecting theoretical background, evidence-based practice, and changes in the health care environment
3. Expand collaboration and partnership with domestic and foreign institutions.
To expand national-level and international-level collaboration and partnership with governmental and non-governmental organizations, academic communities, or various stakeholders to enhance the competence of community/public health nursing workforce
